Dr. Jayarajan Kodikannath

Dr. Jayarajan Kodikannath is the Academy Director, Kerala Ayurveda USA responsible for all academic programmes conducted internationally by Kerala Ayurveda. Dr. Jayarajan is an experienced Ayurveda Scholar, with a degree in Ayurvedic Medicine from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. He has run a successful Ayurvedic Wellness Practice. He is also a Lead- Trainer for Domain Experts in Ayurveda,focused on developing internal resources through training programs and developing new offerings in Ayurvedic Education. He has rich experience in creating new offerings in Ayurvedic Wellness, and has shown an He has effectively demonstrated and implemented new offerings in Ayurvedic Wellness in India, Europe and the US. He headed the Ayurveda Expert team in the new research project development at Kerala Ayurveda on Efficacy, Safety and Standardization of Ayurvedic Wellness solutions. He is a member of the Expert Curriculum Committee for Masters in Ayurveda at Bastyr University, Seattle, US.

Dr. Pratibha Shah

Dr. Pratibha Shah holds a Post Graduate degree in Ayurveda from the prestigious National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, India. She was the Chief Medical Officer, at CGHS (Central Govt. Health Scheme), New Delhi, before moving to US in 2004. She has been practicing Ayurveda for more than 20 yrs and conducts and speaks at Ayurvedic events all year round. She also writes health columns and articles for different magazines and newspapers and serves on the Editorial Board of 'Light On Ayurveda' Journal. She is on the Board of several leading Ayurvedic organizations in USA and is working towards promotion, propagation as well as integration of Ayurveda with mainstream medicine, globally. She has recently completed a Masters in Public Health, International Health, from Boston University School of Public Health.

Dr. Ram Tamang

Dr. Ram Tamang schooled in the J. Krishnamurti foundation in Bangalore, India from where he obtained his degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Tamang completed one year Internship in various departments of Ayurveda Medical College. He also studied intensely with the Yoga Masters in India. He then headed a Panchakarma Center at Ayurveda Retreat, South India . He has conducted various Ayurveda workshops in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Dr.Tamang has also worked with Allopathic Doctors in an Emergency Ward in India. Deeply committed to the teachings of the seer and philosopher, J.Krishnamurti, Dr. Tamang passionately follows an Ayurvedic lifestyle and focuses on health education and Ayurvedic wellness for his clients. Fluent in English, Hindi, Nepalese, Tamil and Dutch Currently, Dr. Ram is pursuing a Masters Certification in Herbology.

Teri holds a four-year Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NIAOM). She is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner who has worked in clinics specializing in women's health, detoxification, drug rehabilitation, mental health, and chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia.

Dr. Shekhar Annambhotla

Dr. Shekhar Annambhotla, is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Licensed Integrative Bodywork . He is a Massage Therapist, Certified Pranic Healer and is also a faculty member of several ayurvedic schools and colleges throughout the USA and abroad. Dr. Shekhar has been practicing and teaching ayurveda since 1988 all around the world. He is the founder and president of Ojas Ayurveda Wellness Center (www.ojas.us) and the Founding Director of AAPNA (www.aapna.org).

Johanna Bennet

Johanna Bennett is a Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor based in Los Angeles, California. She teaches an alignment based system of Hatha yoga with a strong focus on detoxification of mind and body through Ayurveda, asanas and pranayama as tools to clear away blockages impeding spiritual progress. She has extensive knowledge of Ayurvedic concepts of Marma therapy, the 7 dhatus (tissues) and Chikitsa (therapy. Dr. Rucha Kelkar

Dr. Rucha received her graduate degree from University of Pune, India and secured a top rank in all three academic years of her Ayurvedic education. She is also a licensed physical therapist and has a master's degree in physical therapy. Dr. Kelkar is an accomplished Ayurvedic practitioner and educator and provides health consultations, panchakarma therapies and comprehensive workshops based on the authentic science of Ayurveda. She is the director of "AyurblissTM" Ayurveda Wellness for Mind, Body and Spiritual Health. She is also a writer for various Ayurvedic magazines and journals and will soon feature as an Ayurveda expert in a documentary film on breast cancer. She has also been a featured presenter at the NAMA Conference on multiple occasions.

Dr. Manisha Kshirsagar

Dr. Manisha Kshirsagar graduated from Pune University, India with a Bachelors degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. She is also trained at the Indian College of Naturopathy and qualified as a Yoga Instructor from the renowned Kaivalyadham University in India. She has been teaching at Kauai Ayurveda academy and other institutes for more than 10 years specializing in women and infant health, skin care and natural beauty treatments. She offers regular workshops on Ayurvedic cooking and nutrition.

Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar

Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar is an accomplished Ayurvedic doctor with a varied background and experience. He was a research associate in an Indian Ayurvedic pharmaceutical company, Ayurveda Rasashala. He was Chairman of Dept. of Medicine at Maharshi College of Vedic Medicine in Albuquerque, NM from1999-2001. He was a medical director and an assistant professor at the Maharshi University of Management, Fairfield, IA from 2001-2002. He has published research articles and given lectures on radio and television worldwide. He has extensive clinical experience in Ayurvedic therapies and Panchakarma and has treated thousands of people. Dr. Kshgirsagar is a distinguished Advisor of the Kerala Ayurveda Academy in the US.

Mamta Landerman

Mamta Landerman is a Clinical Ayurveda and Pancha Karma specialist. She was the Founding President and a Board Director of CAAM (The California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine) and produced the Ayurveda International Symposium at U.C. Berkeley, bringing together the various lineages of Ayurveda in the U.S. to sow seeds for the future vision of the Ayurvedic profession in this country. She has been practicing and teaching Ayurveda and transformational work for the last 23 years.

Dr. Anila Pillai

Dr. Anila Pillai is from Kerala where "Tharavadu" Ayurveda and Yoga is a way of life. She earned her degree in Ayurvedic medicine and surgery and subsequently did a MD in Ayurveda Panchakarma from the Rajiv Gandhi University, India. She is also a trained Yoga instructor from SVYASA University Bangalore, India. She gained practical experience of Ayurvedic management of fractures, dislocations and authentic traditional Ayurveda practices working with eminent Ayurvedic physicians and Vaidyas in Kerala. She was a faculty and resident medical officer in Pankaja Kasthuri Ayurvedic College in India, where she also trained Panchakarma technicians. Dr. Pillai relocated to San Francisco recently with her husband and her 3 year old son.
